Scholarly Governance and Academic Expertise
The Editorial Board of the International Interdisciplinary Scientific Journal "Expert" comprises scholars and academic professionals whose expertise corresponds to the disciplinary and interdisciplinary fields represented within the Journal’s academic profile.
Editorial Board members contribute, within their respective areas of expertise and subject to applicable conflict-of-interest requirements, to the Journal’s scholarly and editorial governance, academic standards, subject-area development, and international academic visibility.
Their participation may include advising on editorial policies and scholarly standards, providing subject-matter expertise, supporting the identification of appropriately qualified reviewers where relevant, and contributing to the academic development of the Journal.
Editorial Board membership does not itself confer unrestricted authority over individual manuscripts. Final editorial decisions concerning acceptance, revision, or rejection are made by the Editor-in-Chief, except where a relevant conflict of interest requires transfer of decision-making authority in accordance with the Journal’s Editorial Policies.
Administrative, publishing, technical, production, metadata, dissemination, and preservation functions are performed separately through the Journal’s Editorial Office and Publisher and do not constitute functions of the Editorial Board as a collective scholarly body.
The composition of the Editorial Board is periodically reviewed in order to maintain appropriate representation of relevant disciplines, countries, academic institutions, and research traditions.

Apply for Editorial Board Membership
Candidates for the editorial board must fill out an Application and submit it along with the required documents.

Step 1: Complete the Editorial Board Application
Download the “Application for Membership in the Editorial Board” in Word format (for electronic completion) or PDF format (for manual completion). Please complete all required sections of the Application, including your academic and professional information, institutional affiliation, scientific field of expertise, academic profiles, and contact information. Please read the Statement of Interest and Editorial Board Member Commitments carefully and sign the completed Application personally. The Application should be accompanied by an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV) containing information on your academic qualifications, professional experience, research activities, publications, and relevant editorial or peer-review experience.
After completing and signing the Application, please submit it together with your CV through the online “EDITORIAL BOARD MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION” (Step 2) or send the documents directly to the Editorial Office by e-mail at editor@aspect-pro.bg.

Step 2: Submit Your Application
Applicants who prefer online submission may use the “EDITORIAL BOARD MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION” form below.
After completing the Application for Membership in the Editorial Board in Step 1 — either electronically using the Word version or manually using the PDF version — please sign the completed Application. The signed Application should then be saved or scanned as a PDF file for submission.
Please provide the requested contact information and upload the following documents using the “Add files” option:
- your completed and personally signed Application for Membership in the Editorial Board in PDF format;
- your up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV) in Word or PDF format.
You may also provide any additional information relevant to your academic expertise, research activities, editorial experience, or potential contribution to the Journal.
Submission of an application does not constitute automatic appointment to the Editorial Board. Each application is reviewed by the Journal in accordance with its editorial requirements and the candidate’s academic qualifications, expertise, professional experience, and potential contribution to the activities and international development of the Journal.
