Open access

The journal follows the Open Access policy and provides immediate, free, and permanent access to its content under the Gold Open Access model. Publishing costs are covered primarily through Article Processing Charges (APCs). The journal does not charge subscription fees or pay-per-view fees for readers. Editorial decisions are based solely on the scholarly merit, originality, and relevance of submitted manuscripts and are not influenced by APCs, fee waivers, or any other financial considerations. All articles are made permanently and freely available on the official journal website immediately after publication. The journal’s policy corresponds to the definition of open access formulated in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). The licensing policy of the journal is compatible with major open access and archiving principles. Authors whose articles are published in open access retain copyright to their work, while granting the publisher the right of first publication. Open access articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 license, which permits copying, adaptation, distribution, display, republication, and reuse for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate attribution is given.
